BUYING GUIDE

The procedure for purchasing goods in our online store is very simple and consists of several steps.

1. ORDERING

After selecting a product, click the Add to cart button - the product will be added to your cart. Next, if you have finished selecting a product, click your cart button. Your cart page will list all the items you have selected. In the quantity field you can change the quantity of goods to purchase. In the action column for each product, you can perform the following actions: either remove the product from the cart, or postpone the product for the future.


2. PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

After entering the necessary information about the delivery of the goods (full name of the recipient, delivery address, contact information, delivery option, payment method, etc.) to place an order, you need to click the Place an order button.

A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail specified when placing the order.

Attention! An incorrect telephone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may result in additional delays! Please carefully check your personal information when registering and placing an order.

Order confirmation is made (from 9:00 to 21:00). Our manager will contact you using the contact information provided when placing your order.

Note: For regular customers, there is Registration on the store website. In your account, you can view the contents of your shopping cart, the history of your orders, repeat or cancel an order, and subscribe to the store’s newsletter


3. PAYMENT AND PRICES

The prices indicated on the website are final and do not require additional payments under standard delivery conditions. All taxes are included in the price of the product.

Attention! For each individual order, there is only one payment method of your choice. Payment for the order in installments using various methods is not possible.

Possible payment methods:

We accept online payments with a credit/debit card and PayPal. Please note that the prices on our website are displayed in the local currency for each country. However, you will be charged in AED when making a purchase, so the final price may differ slightly due to the exchange rate.



4. RETURN OF GOODS

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If the product does not fit in size, style, shape or color we will be happy to accept it back within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at managerint@brusnikabrand.com and we will guide you through the whole process.

Customers from Dubai can return their online purchase to our store at: Emirate of Dubai, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, 70 El Marsa Street, Dubai Marina Mall. Mon-sun 10:00-23:00. Tel.: +971 58 115 88 26.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can return online purchase in full or in part within 14 days of receiving your online order.
Important Information
Do not use the item you plan to return — it must remain new, with all sewn-in tags, labels, and protective stickers intact. Items must be returned unused with all BRUSNIKA tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

Returns are made at your own expense. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
