These General Terms of service for Online Sales (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms”) apply to all purchase orders you place on the BRUSNIKA online store located at https://brusnika.me/ (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).

By placing an order in the online store, the User agrees to the terms of service set out below (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Sale of the Product). In case of disagreement with this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement / Public Offer), the User must immediately stop using the service and leave the website https://brusnika.me/
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Rules become legally binding for the Company and the User from the moment the User registers on the Site, or provides his personal data in another form.

Terms and definitions

Site visitor - is a person who came to the site www.brusnikabrand.com without the purpose of placing an Order.
User - an individual, a visitor to the Site, who accepts the terms of this Agreement and wishes to place Orders in the online store Brusnikabrand.me
Buyer - User who placed an Order in the online store brusnikabrand.me

L.L.C, registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with business license number No. 1084104 dated 26 July 2022, address: Emirate of Dubai, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, 70 El Marsa Street, Dubai Marina Mall. Online store - an Internet site owned by the Seller, located on the Internet at https://brusnikabrand.com, where the Products offered by the Seller for purchase are presented, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of the Products to Buyers.

Product - shoes, clothing, accessories and other goods presented for sale on the Seller’s Website.
Order - a duly completed request from the Buyer for the purchase and delivery to the address specified by the Buyer / through self-pickup of the Products selected on the Site.

Subject of the Agreement

The Company hereby undertakes to provide Users with access to the services of the Site, and the User undertakes to provide the Company with their personal data on the terms specified in the “Personal Data” section.

Order and delivery procedure

The Seller ensures the availability of the Products presented on the Site in its warehouse. The photographs accompanying the Product are simple illustrations of it and may differ from the actual appearance of the Product. The descriptions/characteristics accompanying the Product do not purport to be exhaustively informative and may contain typographical errors. To clarify information on the Product, the Buyer must contact the Customer Support Service.

If the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not in the Seller’s warehouse, the Seller has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Order / cancel the Buyer’s Order by notifying the Buyer by sending an appropriate email to the address specified by the Buyer during registration (or by calling the Seller’s operator).

In case of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled Product is returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the manner in which the Product was paid for.

The Buyer’s order is placed in accordance with the procedures specified on the Site in the “Ordering” section.

The Buyer bears full responsibility for providing incorrect information, which results in the Seller’s inability to properly fulfill its obligations to the Buyer.

After placing an Order on the Website, the Buyer is provided with information about the expected delivery date by sending an email to the address specified by the Buyer during registration, or by telephone. The manager servicing this Order clarifies the details of the Order, agrees on the delivery date, which depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Seller’s warehouse and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order.

The expected date of transfer of the Order to the Delivery Service is communicated to the Buyer by the manager servicing the Order by email or during a follow-up call to the Buyer.
The date of transfer of the Goods may be changed by the Seller unilaterally if there are objective reasons, in the opinion of the Seller.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The link is active when the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment, which is why the link may not work the minute you receive it in the shipping confirmation. Please use the tracking number provided to track your order and see the scheduled day of delivery.

We reserve the right to work with carriers and shipping companies to fulfill the orders. We are therefore not responsible for the shipping and therefore not responsible for the delay, damage or disappearance of parcels. Please note that the delivery dates are approximate and we cannot promise a specific date for delivery. We are unable to warn you in advance as to whether a delivery may be delayed due to customs or busy periods. We are trying our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Return costs must be borne by the customer. Return costs for defective items or items with a quality problem can be reimbursed against proof (e.g. photo). We reserve the right to refuse to take back items if they are returned in a bad or obviously worn condition caused by the customer. You can find more information on our return policy page.

The return of the purchase is carried out in accordance with the “Return Conditions” specified on the Site.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not have the technical ability to exchange returned item. If you prefer items in another color, or size, simply return the original, unused product back to us for a refund and place a new order. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

Personal information

To register on the Website, you need to specify a login name and a password. BRUSNIKA brand further needs your contact information for issuing the invoice. You are responsible for keeping this information correct, confidential, and up to date.

By completing the contact form, you ensure and take full responsibility that the entered data truly identifies you as a natural person or as a representative of the specified organization. If you place an Order on behalf of an organization, you ensure that you have the authority to do so.

In case of online payments, you are required to enter your payment details. Online payment information related to your Order is processed by Seller’s payment service provider. Seller does not receive detailed information (such as your credit card number) from transactions but instead receives information about whether the payment has been performed successfully or not.

By placing your Order, you agree that your contact and payment information may be used to process your payment and to execute your Order.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that you share with us is kept in strict confidence and is not traded, sold or given to any other party for any reason not directly related to fulfilling your order.
