RETURNS

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If an item is not the correct size, style, shape or color, we will be happy to accept it back within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received an order with a defect, please contact us by email managerint@brusnikabrand.com. Please attach a photo of the defective product to your letter and indicate your order number. Our manager will contact you shortly.

Refunds are made at the store where the item was purchased.

When paying in cash, the funds are returned in cash from the store's cash register immediately upon registration of the application.

When paying by card, the funds are returned to the card with which the purchase was made or to the current account. Refunds by card are made at the checkout when making an application.

• Cash receipt/document confirming payment (if available).
• Passport of the person making the return.
